Speakers including Data in Society authors Harvey Goldstein, Kevin McConway, and Jeff Evans, who will address issues from Section 1 of the book “How Data are Changing” and Section 6 “Advancing Social Progress …”.
Jonathan Rosenhead from the radical science movement will Chair.

11.00 Future organisation of Radical Statistics to respond to these challenges

12.00 Radical Statistics Annual General Meeting

1.00 pm Lunch St Luke’s Central Café – a convivial place to enjoy informal discussions.

2.00 Professionally guided two hour Florence Nightingale themed walk. Cost to be paid directly to guide (£15 or £10 concession).

Meet from 7pm for a pre-conference drink and /or meal.

Friday, February 28

Like Thursday, meals will not be pre-booked, just pay individually.
Please join for a drink even if you are not staying for a meal.

Airbnb.co.uk displays several options for single rooms as well as many other types of private accommodation.
There are several official Youth Hostels at yha.org.uk, as well as plenty of ‘independent’ hostels at hostelbookers.com/. A bed in shared accommodations is about £15/night.
